We ship most items 1-2 business days after you place your order. Length of time once the items are shipped will depend on the delivery method you choose. If an item is so popular that we ran out of stock, we do our very best to keep that information up to date so you will know exactly when that item will once again be available for ordering. If something slips by us and you were able to complete an order for an out of stock item, we will contact you immediately.
We are located in the state of Minnesota and will charge sales tax on applicable items for orders shipping within the state of Minnesota. Sales tax will not be charged for any orders shipping outside of Minnesota.

Currently we ship all orders through the USPS. Our shipping costs are based on the published rates provided by the USPS based on destination and the selected shipping method. Express delivery is available only for items that are in stock. Backordered items will always ship priority mail. Please use a physical address for all orders. Shipping is not available to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Within the U.S. Express delivery will deliver the next day to most U.S. locations and Priority delivers within 2-3 days.
International, To most countries, Global Express Guaranteed (GXG) will deliver in 1-3 days, Express delivery will deliver in 3-5 days and Priority delivers within 6-10 days.
If you don’t like what you ordered or if your t-shirt doesn’t fit exactly right, you can return or exchange within 14 days of receipt, less shipping costs. Or, in the rare instances that we mess up by sending the wrong product or size, we will fix the mistake ASAP. Products noted as fitted for a feminine look are designed to be snug and form-fitting using our super soft, comfy 100% ring spun cotton fabrics. Some of our customers have told us they prefer the fit when sizing up one size. If you prefer more of a standard or looser fit, we recommend you consider choosing that design in the men's/unisex style.
Happy Animals, LLC is our company name and our first brand launched is My VoiceTM. The My VoiceTM brand offers t-shirts and accessories designed to give animals a voice. Once we make this brand a huge success, we plan to launch subsequent brands all focused on the same mission...helping animals so one day they will all be happy!
